Κατ' ουσίαν πρόκειταί για πρόγραμμα όπου καταγράφεται η επίδοση ειδικευομένων και  εκπαιδευτών.
Οργανώνονται τα rotations των ειδικευόμενων.
Αρχειόθετείται το πλήθος και το είδος των ιατρικών πράξεων που επιτελουν οι ειδικευόμενοι σε συνδυασμό με ηλεκτρονικό αριθμό μητρώο ασθενούς.
Σκοπός επίτευξη συγκεκριμένου αριθμού πράξεων ανά ειδικότητα.
Στενή ηλεκτρονική παρακολούθηση ειδικευομένων και εκπαιδευτών.

1 Case presentation

EM1 Residents will be expected to:

Personally provide care for at least 1 patient / hour on each shift.

Perform a complete initial evaluation of their patients, formulate of a differential diagnosis, and plan an appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic regimen under the close supervision of the senior EM residents and the attending staff. Some cases will be initially presented to senior EM residents, and all patients are also presented and discussed with an ED attending before the patient leaves the department.

Participate in all resuscitations of their patients and assist in the care of other critically ill patients under appropriate supervision.

Perform all procedures on their patients with appropriate supervision

Understand anesthetic induction agents and procedures
Understand ventilator management
Understand principles of physiologic monitoring
Understand ASA and Mallampati classifications

Rotation Guide Ortho

30 Splints or casts (Document in Meditrek)

10 Fracture reductions (Document in Meditrek)

20 Consultations
