Some tips:

Use the dermatoscope on every spot
you examine (including easy ones like seborrhoic keratoses)
and be especially good at diagnosing the benign.

Photograph all the lesions
you are going to refer to dermatologist and also take
pictures of all lesions you biopsy or you
excide to be able to compare the image
with the pathologist's response.

Use plenty of
hand spirit as an immersion fluid to
avoid smudgy hands and get good pictures.

Finally, you must have your own dermatoscope
